Yolanda Summer was a Mobian citizen and courier for the Mobius Liberation Front.
In 1922 PD, she was sent to the Talbott Quadrant to make contact with the local Manticoran authorities previously contacted by Michael Ankenbrandt and request their help against President Svein Lombroso and his Solarian allies. (SI3)
