Winslet Tamaguchi was a Solarian citizen and an officer in the Solarian League Navy Frontier Fleet.
In 1862 PD[1], he began his career in Frontier Fleet.
In September 1922 PD, he held the rank of Admiral and commanded Battlecruiser Squadron 720. (SI4)
