King William II was the tenth reigning monarch of the Star Kingdom of Manticore from 1690 to 1741 PD.
He ascended to the throne after William I was assassinated by a mentally ill man. (UHH)
He was among the many members of the House of Winton to be adopted by a Sphinxian treecat. (Companion)
