Vincent Clinkscales was a Grayson citizen and an officer of the Grayson Army.
He was a nephew of Howard Clinkscales and the older brother of Carson Clinkscales.
Holding the rank of Lieutenant, he served in the Palace Security until Steadholder Honor Harrington[1] requested his transfer to the Harrington Steadholder's Guard. He then served as personal armsmen of Raoul Alexander-Harrington, the steadholder's heir. (HH13)
