Vincent Capriotti was a Solarian citizen and an officer of the Solarian League Navy.
In mid-1922 PD, he held the rank of Admiral in Battle Fleet and was assigned as commanding officer of Task Force 783 and Task Force 790 with the battlecruiser SLNS Québec as his flagship.
Capriotti executed one of the successful attacks during Operation Buccaneer, but was killed in action during Operation Fabius. (HH14)
