Biography[]
Victoria Armstrong was born in the Star Kingdom of Manticore just over twenty-five T-years after Michelle Henke.
Holding the rank of Captain (SG) in 1921 PD, she served as the commanding officer of the battlecruiser HMS Artemis, Vice Admiral Gold Peak's flagship for Battlecruiser Squadron 106. (SI2)
Armstrong had a lively sense of humor, which suited Michelle Henke very well. (HH12)
In 1922 PD she asked Henke if she wouldn't prefer to shift her flag to a superdreadnought, as Henke was by then in command of the full complement of Tenth Fleet, not a single battlecruiser squadron, and Armstrong was relatively junior to be the flag captain for an officer of Henke's seniority. However, Henke gently informed her that their working relationship was so strong that she was reluctant to 'break in' a new flag captain, and that she considered Armstrong an essential part of her staff.
