Tully Atherton was a Manticoran citizen and an enlisted spacer of the Royal Manticoran Navy.
In the early 1530s PD, he served aboard the battlecruiser HMS Vanguard. He was demoted from Spacer First Class to Spacer Second Class after a heated argument with the ship's Bosun, Master Chief Dovnar. (MA1)
