Tirso Frederick was a Solarian citizen and an officer in the Solarian League Navy.
With the rank of Rear Admiral, he served as chief of staff to Admiral Jane Isotalo for three years prior to 1922 PD when he was replaced by Rear Admiral Kimmo Ramaalas on the order of Fleet Admiral Winston Kingsford. (HH14)
