Tim Qwan was a Beowulfan native and citizen of the Republic of Beowulf.
He was a friend of Elizabeth Neitz.
In January 1923 PD, he, Felicia Cummings, Katsuko Johnson, and several other people were attending a live concert by Broken Arrow aboard Beowulf Alpha along with 40,000 others when the station was destroyed in the Beowulf Strike. (HH14)
