Thomas P. Cazenestro was a Manticoran citizen and an officer of the Royal Manticoran Navy.
He rose to the rank of Admiral before retiring and serving as First Lord of the Admiralty in the 1520s PD. (MA1)
In the wake of the pirate attack in the Secour System, he made use of the RMN's out-system trips as a commitment to protecting the people of the Star Kingdom from outside threats. (MA2)
In 1543 PD, he was present to advise King Edward I when a force of ships from the Free Duchy of Barca, supported by Axelrod of Terra, appeared in Manticoran space with the intent of occupying Manticore, expecting it to have been captured by the Volsung Mercenaries[1]. (MA3)
