Tallulah Security Enterprises was a Solarian League private security corporation.
A wholly owned subsidiary of its parent company, the Tallulah Corporation, TSE was theoretically only responsible for internal security of Tallulah facilities. But in the Swallow System, it operated more as Tallulah's private army because of a special agreement with President Rosa Shuman and her Administration that provided its personnel with what amounted to diplomatic immunity.
In 1921 PD, Robert Karlstad was an employee of TSE in the Swallow System. (SI4)
