Sigismund Haus was a Barcan citizen and military officer.
In 1543 PD, he held the rank of Major General and served as commander of the ground troops that were supposed to occupy the planet Manticore once the Royal Starforce had taken control of the Manticore System. He was accompanied by an "advisory team" from the Axelrod Corporation. (MA3)
