Samuel Marchant Harding was a Grayson citizen and conservative activist.
A first cousin of Edmond Marchant, he was once arrested during a demonstration against the Jerimites. Some time later, he was hired by Grayson Sky Domes, Ltd. under the name Lawrence Maguire to work on the crystoplast dome in Mueller Steading. He was among those who sabotaged the drilling of the footings, causing it to collapse, killing a number of children in Winston Mueller Middle School.
After the death of William Fitzclarence in a Duel; Lord Mueller had him killed to silence him, making it appear he threw himself from a tenth story window. (HH5)
