Rotherwal was a city on the planet Halkirk in the Loomis System.
In 1922 PD, Star Enterprise Initiatives Unlimited executive Johannes Grazioli maintained a luxury apartment in Rotherwal and used it for clandestine evenings with underage women. In January of that year, Grazioli and his protective detail were present in the apartment when the Loomis Liberation League assassinated him with Hydra III launchers. (SI4)
