Ross Macinroy, Earl Chillon, was a Manticoran peer of the realm and politician.
In 1529 PD, he was one of the politicians with anti-Navy sentiments on Earl Breakwater's Committee for Military Sanity. Later in 1532 PD, he and Baroness Castle Rock knew about the design flaws of HMS Phobos and chose to conceal the flaws for financial reasons. (MA1)
In 1544 PD, Chillon continued to be one of Breakwater's closets allies until his and Castle Rock's deception in the disastrous destruction of HMS Phobos was revealed by Queen Elizabeth II. (MA3)
