Regiano was a Manticoran citizen and an enlisted member of the Royal Manticoran Marine Corps.
In 1900 PD, he held the rank of Sergeant and was assigned to Fourth Platoon aboard HMS Fearless. He fought against the Medusans on Medusa in defense of the government compound. During the battle, he was sent to retrieve Surgeon Commander Lois Suchon from the landing zone. (HH1)
