"Recruiting Exercise" is an Honorverse-themed short story by David Weber, published as part of the Noir Fatale anthology by Baen Books.
Plot
Young Dolist Ninon Bourchier tries to make some money to pay for her baby brother's medication by selling her body, but gets embroiled in an assassination attempt on corrupt politicians by the infamous April Tribunal.
