Rebecca Delvecchio was a Manticoran citizen and an officer of the Royal Manticoran Navy.
In 1921 PD, she held the rank of Captain and was assigned as the Manticoran naval attaché to the Republic of Erewhon. In addition to her attaché duties, she was also head of the naval intelligence operations in Erewhon and served a diplomatic role in the absence of an appointed ambassador.
In November 1921 PD, she made preliminary contact with Lieutenant Commander Jiri Watanapongse of the Solarian League Navy, Rear Admiral Luis Rozsak's staff intelligence officer, to discuss the possibility of arming the Maya Sector Detachment with older model Mark 16 dual drive missiles for their new Defiant class pod-laying battlecruisers.
