Paula Rafferty was a Manticoran citizen and an officer of the Royal Manticoran Navy.
She was born in 1901 PD[1].
In 1922 PD, she held the rank of Midshipwoman and was assigned to HMS Charles Ward for her midshipman cruise. She boarded the Charles Ward five days before the Yawata Strike and was the only Midshipman not to draw leave aboard HMSS Hephaestus before its destruction. (SI4)
