Ou-yang Zhing-wei was a Solarian citizen and an officer of the Solarian League Navy's Battle Fleet.
In 1922 PD, she held the rank of Vice Admiral and served as Admiral Sandra Crandall's Staff Operations Officer for Task Force 496. In that capacity, she participated in and survived the Battle of Spindle, becoming a Manticoran prisoner of war.[1] (HH12)
