Office of Public Safety (Mesa)

The Office of Public Safety, or OPS, was a Mesan government agency.

Its slogan was 'Always vigilant, always prepared'.

It had a lot of divisions[1], and more manpower than any other agency on the planet, as it was the primary suppressive arm of the Mesan government. It answered only to the Procurator of Public Safety.

The OPS troopers were armed with neural whips and flechette guns. (CS3)
