The Office of Operational Research, or Op Research, was a department of the Republic of Haven Navy.
The Director of Op Research reported to the Bureau of Planning. (HH11) Due to a tradition of unknown origin, Naval Intelligence reported to Op Research, which was the Bureau of Planning's primary analysis agency. (SI2)
