O'Keefe was a Manticoran citizen and enlisted spacer of the Royal Manticoran Navy.
In 1533 PD, O'Keefe was one of the few people proficient in the use of small arms and hand to hand combat aboard HMS Guardian when she was required to take action against pirates at a starship sale in the Secour System. (MA1)
