O'Donnal was a citizen of Masada and a member of the Council of Elders.
In 1903 PD, Elder O'Donnal was hesitant about attacking the Protectorate of Grayson, but several of his supporters sided with Elder Huggins and voted to proceed with the operation. (HH2)
