Ninon Bourchier was a Havenite citizen, freedom fighter, and politician.

Bourchier had purple hair and eyes, as well as extendable claws in her fingertips, traits inherited from her female ancestor Faustine, who had been genetically designed in a laboratory. (RE)
Biography
Ninon Bourchier was born in the Dolist class of the People's Republic and lived much of her early life in Morocco Tower, one of the huge residential skyscrapers of Nouveau Paris. Her parents were abducted by the Mental Hygiene Police for "deviant behavior", leaving her and her younger brother, Cesar, to fend for themselves.
Desperate to pay for her brother's medication, she eventually tried to make money by selling her body, but got embroiled in an assassination attempt on corrupt politicians by agents of the April Tribunal. When she learned that one of them was none other than Eloise Pritchart, better known as the infamous "Brigade Commander Delta", she immediately decided to join their cause. (RE)
She became a dedicated member of the Aprilist movement, responsible for at least seven assassinations of Havenite officials. Later, she was one of the civilian cell leaders who rallied in support of Thomas Theisman's coup against Oscar Saint-Just.
By 1921 PD, she had become a senator and the senior ranking member of the Constitutional Progressive Party on the Foreign Affairs Committee. In this position, she was part of the diplomatic team that met with Manticoran Admiral Honor Harrington for peace talks. (HH12)
