The Nevada class was a class of battlecruisers introduced in the Solarian League Navy circa 1920 PD.

Design

Their design reflected a modular concept, enabling the easy plugging in of newer components. (SI1, SI2)

They were capable of producing an acceleration of 3.83 KPS², which was lowered when they were towing missile pods.

Due to their design as flagships, Nevada-class vessels included a spacious compartment on the centerline of the dorsal surface, officially called the "Flag Officer's Dining Cabin". It included a transparent armorplast dome and could house about fifty people. In combat, it was protected by the ship's impeller wedge. (HH14)
