Neue Rostock was the worst seccy district of Mendel, the capital city of Mesa. It was notorious for its criminal activity. Neue Rostock[1] had the worst official murder rate in the city, and the actual numbers were even higher.
The Rhodesian Rendezvouz, a notorious mercenary hangout, was located in the district, and Jurgen Dusek was the boss of the district in 1921. (CS2)
