Ned Pierce was a Havenite citizen and a non-commissioned officer of the Republic of Haven Marine Corps.
In 1915 PD, he held the rank of Sergeant. He murdered People's Commissioner Robert Jamka in retribution for the brutal murder of Caroline Quedilla and was used by Special Investigator Victor Cachat as part of his scheme to clean up State Security in the La Martine Sector. (HHA4.5: F)
