The Mannerheim-Warner Hyper Bridge was a wormhole bridge that connected the Mannerheim System to the Warner System.
It was in the influence sphere of the Republic of Mannerheim, and thus also likely to fall under the control of the Renaissance Factor when it finally revealed itself to the Galaxy. (HH14)
Discovered in the 1300s PD[1], the bridge has the distinction of being the first wormhole discovered, though the Warner System has never come close to matching Manticore as a shipping, banking, and communications hub because of it[2]. (CS4)
