Ludovico Porter was a Manticoran citizen and a non-commissioned officer in the Royal Manticoran Marine Corps.
In 1906 PD, he held the rank of Sergeant and was assigned to the Marine contingent on the heavy cruiser HMS Prince Adrian, assigned to her Third Platoon. (EH1)
