Lower Radomsko was a seccy district of Mendel, the capital city of Mesa.
Criminal Element[]
Unlike other such districts in the city, it lacked stable dominance by any particular crime boss and existed in a state of near-anarchy[1]. Consequently, it was the most violent and poorest of the seccy districts. (CS3ch.26,29-33, 37)

Cachat's Organization[]
In 1922 PD, Victor Cachat assumed the cover identity of Achmed Buenaventura and established a new organization while on a covert intelligence mission for the Grand Alliance on Mesa. Its members included:

There were at least three residental towers in the Lower Radomsko district:
- Willi the Chin's gang seat
- Cachats' organization seat
- Mesan revolutionists hideout
