Louisa Wittek was a Seraphimian citizen and a non-commissioned officer of the Seraphim System Army.
In 1922 PD, she held the rank of Staff Sergeant and was the senior NCO at the SSA's Harris Street Arsenal when Leonard Silvowitz and his Seraphim Independence Movement assault team, disguised as a contingent from the Seraphim System Security Police, mounted their strike to capture the arsenal. (SI4)
