Li Gong-hu was an Andermani citizen and an officer in the Imperial Andermani Navy.
In 1546 PD, he held the rank of Fregattenkapitän and was assigned to Admiral Gotthold Riefenstahl's diplomatic mission to the Star Kingdom of Manticore. While on Manticore, he shared new grav coil manufacturing techniques with their Manticoran hosts on behalf of Emperor Gustav. (MA4)
