Kondrad Chudzik was a Manticoran citizen and an officer in the Royal Manticoran Navy.
In February 1924 PD, he held the rank of Lieutenant and was assigned to the Grand Alliance Grand Fleet as Public Information Officer on the staff of Fleet Admiral Honor Alexander-Harrington. (CS4)
