Kimmo Ramaalas was a Solarian citizen and an officer in the Solarian League Navy.
In 1922 PD, he held the rank of Rear Admiral in Frontier Fleet and served as Admiral Jane Isotalo's chief of staff in Task Force 1027, replacing Rear Admiral Tirso Frederick. (HH14)
