Kao Huang was a Solarian citizen and an officer of the Solarian League Marine Corps.
Holding the rank of Lieutenant Colonel, he served as commander of the 887th Marine Regiment's Second Battalion, the senior Marine officer of the Maya Sector Detachment.
Along with Solarian League Navy Captain Luiz Rozsak, he previously was stationed on Boniface. (CS2)
