Jukka Longacre was a Beowulfan citizen and politician.
He had amethyst eyes, a dark complexion and depilated scalp, as well as a hooked nose.
He served as chairman of the Interstellar Politics department at the University of Columbia until he was elected to the Planetary Board of Directors in 1915 PD. By 1922 PD, he served as Director of State. (HH13)
