FemaleJosepha Zachary was a Manticoran citizen and an officer of the Royal Manticoran Navy.
Biography[]
Around 1920 PD, she held the rank of Captain and was in command of the survey ship HMS Harvest Joy during its first passage through the Lynx Terminus of the Manticore Wormhole Junction. She rather liked most of the Royal Manticoran Astrophysics Investigation Agency personnel aboard her ship, except for Dame Melina Makris, the Agency's pompous budget supervisor. (HH10)
In early 1921 PD, Zachary was officially put on half-pay and started working for Klaus Hauptman, who sent her to the Congo System along with Harvest Joy to conduct a survey of the Congo Wormhole Junction. She and her entire crew were killed when their ship was destroyed on the orders of the Mesan Alignment. (CS2)
