Joseph Gatri was a Manticoran citizen and diplomat.
By 1919 PD, he served as Third Consular Assistant at the Manticoran embassy on Erewhon. When Captain Michael Oversteegen of HMS Gauntlet contacted the embassy, Gatri told him that Ambassador Deborah Fraser was currently unavailable. Oversteegen then told him in no uncertain terms that he had exactly one minute to get Fraser on the com, which Gatri did. (CS1)
