Joel Blumenthal was a Manticoran citizen and an officer of the Royal Manticoran Navy.
Biography[]
Holdin the rank of Commander, he served as the Tactical Officer of the heavy cruiser HMS Gauntlet, fighting in the Battle of Tiberian. (HHA4.6: TSotS)
He later followed Captain Oversteegen to the battlecruiser HMS Nike (BC-562), where he served as first officer. (HH11)
