Princess Joanna Winton was a Manticoran citizen and a member of the Star Kingdom's Royal family.
As the daughter of Queen Elizabeth III and Prince Consort Justin, and younger sister of Crown Prince Roger, she was second in line to the throne of Manticore by 1921 PD. (HH8)
