Isaiah Tomkin was a Grayson citizen and an officer in the Grayson Space Navy.
In the 1800s PD, he held the rank of Admiral and died repelling the first Masadan hypership invasion of the Yeltsin's Star System. In recognition of his actions, the GSN chose to name the Tomkin class of battlecruisers in his honor. (Companion)
