Helmut Santini was a Solarian citizen and an officer of the Solarian League Navy's Battle Fleet.
In 1922 PD, he held the rank of Vice Admiral and served as commanding officer of Task Group 1027.3. His flagship at the time was the battlecruiser SLNS Colossus. (HH14)
