Heinrich Bergman was a Solarian citizen and an officer in the Solarian League Navy.
In 1922 PD, he held the rank of Admiral and was chosen by Admiral Winston Kingsford to replace Admiral Karl-Heinz Thimár as head of the Office of Naval Intelligence. (HH14)
