HMS Sphinx was a heavy cruiser of the Royal Manticoran Navy.
In 1543 PD, she was attached to Admiral Carlton Locatelli's Aegis Force in the Battle of Manticore. She was lost in action with all hands to an apparent failure of containment in her fusion reactor due to battle damage. (MA2)
