HMS Sloan Tompkins was an Edward Saganami-C-class heavy cruiser of the Royal Manticoran Navy.

In 1922 PD, the vessel was commanded by Captain Hiram Ivanov and served as flagship of the RMN defense force guarding the Zunker Terminus of the Idaho Hyper Bridge. (HH13)
