HMS Linnet was a Falcon-class destroyer of the Royal Manticoran Navy.

HMS Linnet was detached to escort the ships of Task Group 1037 from the Manticore System to the New Berlin System, capital of the Andermani Empire, ostensibly as part of an ordinary merchant convoy to the Silesian Confederacy. The ship was administratively destroyed by Silesian pirates in a tactical simulation conducted onboard the armed merchant cruiser HMAMC Wayfarer.
Upon arrival to New Berlin, Linnet was challenged by a destroyer of the Imperial Andermani Navy as to her mission and the nature of the merchants she was escorting. (HH6)
