Gareth Yamaguchi was a Manticoran citizen and a noncomissioned officer of the Royal Manticoran Navy.
In 1922 PD, he held the rank of Senior Chief Pretty Officer and served as Captain Joanna Whitby and later Captain Ginger Lewis' yeoman on HMS Charles Ward. (SI4)
