Gansükh Blomqvist was a Mesan citizen and an employee of the Mesan System Guard.
As a free-born citizen, he received a good education. By 1921 PD, he worked under E.D. Trimm on one of the System Guard's orbial security stations, overseeing the incoming and outgoing civilian traffic. Trimm did not like him. (CS2)
