Frances "Franny" Tyler was a Havenite citizen and an officer in the People's Navy.

In 1912 PD, at the young age of twenty-nine T-years, Tyler held the rank of Commander and the position of staff astrogator for the commanding officer of Twelfth Fleet, Admiral Javier Giscard[1]. (HH8)
